Urticaria

Biomedis Trinity program · Копривна треска (уртикария) · Крапивница

Urticaria, or hives, appears as itchy, raised pink welts that look like nettle stings; they come and go quickly and move around the body. The triggers vary — foods, medicines, infections, cold, pressure, stress — and sometimes remain unknown. The “Urticaria” complex is intended to support you through acute and recurring outbreaks of this kind.

As in “Allergic dermatitis”, the sub-programs start with digestion: regulation of the digestive tract, dysbacteriosis, the pancreas, enzyme defects. Then comes the allergy block — basic allergy, antihistaminic and antiserotoninergic effect, dermal allergy, allergic reactions, lymph in allergy — followed by the skin and regulation of its functions and defences. The middle of the complex is given to detox of the kidneys, lymph, blood and liver, and at the end the specific programs for urticaria and allergy return.

In urticaria, cells in the skin release histamine — hence the antihistaminic effect in the complex. In the holistic view frequent outbreaks are a sign that the immune system is on heightened alert, often connected with the gut and accumulated toxins. That is why detox sits side by side with the allergy programs here rather than after them.
