“Super Program-1” opens the series of all-round super programs in Trinity’s standard list. They are aimed not at a particular illness but at your general state — tone, balance, recovery of strength. Rather than targeting particular organs, the program is conceived as a general harmonising session. That makes it a good choice on a day when you do not know where to start, or as an interlude between more specific complexes. Any convenient time works, as long as you have some peace and quiet.

The manufacturer offers several versions — “Super Program-1”, “Super Program-2” and “Super Program-3” — and it is worth trying which one resonates with you most.
