Too much sun can harm you in more than one way: the skin burns — with redness, pain and sometimes blisters — and the body overheats, bringing headache, chills, fever and weakness. The “Sunburn, sunstroke” complex is intended to support you in both situations — the skin and your general condition after excessive sun exposure.
It begins with programs for sunburn, burn injury and burn blisters. Next comes a fever group — high fever, fever caused by the sun, fever from all causes and from specific causes — and a program for shivering. Then follow general inflammation, the basic pain and inflammation program, the skin and its regeneration, regulation of skin function and defences, and finally cleansing of the kidneys, lymph and blood and a deep cleansing of the organism.
Sunburn is an inflammation, and overheating strains the whole body, so the complex links local skin care with general regulation and with clearing inflammatory by-products through the kidneys and lymph. Do not forget the simple things: shade, cool compresses, plenty of fluids. For an allergic reaction to sunlight, the “Photodermatitis” complex is more suitable.
