Scleroderma is a rare autoimmune disease of the connective tissue in which the skin — and sometimes internal organs — gradually thickens and hardens because of excess collagen. It often begins with fingers turning white and blue in the cold (Raynaud’s phenomenon). The “Scleroderma” complex is intended to support the skin, connective tissue and the body as a whole with this condition.

The complex opens with the seven chakras and programs for autoimmune and allergic diseases, followed by the specific scleroderma frequencies and a program for the endocrine glands. Next comes a large skin group — degenerative skin changes, skin keratinisation, the skin centre in several versions that return later in the session, skin regulation and the skin barrier — along with connective tissue. Then follow metabolism, the liver, pancreas and spleen, cell renewal and cellular metabolism, the protection centre and cell regeneration, and at the end acid-base balance and the juxtaglomerular apparatus of the kidneys.

Why the kidneys? The juxtaglomerular apparatus helps regulate blood pressure, and in scleroderma the kidneys and blood vessels are among the organs that need particular attention. In the holistic view an autoimmune process affects the whole body, so the complex connects the skin with hormonal regulation, metabolism, the liver and the spleen, and keeps coming back to the renewal of cells. The approach is patient and long-term, much like the condition itself.
