Flu comes on suddenly — high fever, chills, aching muscles and joints, headache and deep fatigue, soon joined by a dry cough and sore throat. Unlike a common cold, it can put you in bed for days and leave you drained for weeks. The “Flu” complex is intended to support the body during an influenza infection.
After active protection comes a large group of influenza frequencies — basic, for fever, for influenza A and B, bird flu and mutated strains. Then the symptom programs: basic pain and inflammation, fever from various causes, influenza with high fever, respiratory flu and pain due to flu, plus antiseptic and anti-inflammatory programs, general inflammation and mucous membrane inflammation.
The last part focuses on cleansing, because in the holistic view the toxins of the infection are behind much of the heaviness and aching of flu: lymph and intercellular space, blood and plasma, kidneys, lungs and sinuses, detox in acute infection, autointoxication, elimination of toxins and deep cleaning. For milder respiratory infections, the “Cold, running nose, cough, fever” complex may be enough.
