Cystitis is inflammation of the bladder, most often caused by bacteria that travel up the urethra. You know it by the frequent, painful urge to urinate, the burning, the feeling that the bladder never quite empties and the heaviness low in the belly. Women get it more often because of their shorter urethra, and for some it returns again and again. The “Cystitis” complex is intended to support you through both acute and recurrent bladder inflammation.

Core cystitis frequencies and the basic pain-and-inflammation program open the complex, followed by the basic and the complex versions of the cystitis program to cover its different presentations. Then comes a block aimed at the microbes: various types of infection, basic bacterial infections, urinary tract infections and a general antiseptic.
