In hypokinetic biliary dyskinesia, the gallbladder contracts sluggishly and bile tends to stagnate. You may feel it as heaviness or a dull ache under the right ribs, a bitter taste in the mouth, bloating after fatty meals and a tendency towards constipation. The “Biliary dyskinesia” complex is intended to support a healthy, regular flow of bile.
